I love techniques!!! This card was made for a swap that I participated in on Splitcoast. The faux silk technique is very easy to follow. Yes, those are sparkles in the tissue paper. I have absolutely no idea where to find the sparkle paper. Once you use the sparkle tissue paper with this technique you will not be able to use normal tissue paper. Oh yeah, if anyone can find more please let me know. I have absolutely no idea where to get the sparkle tissue paper.Here is the recipe:
